The following terms and conditions ("Terms" or "Terms of Use") apply to the use of our website www.yatrigo.com ("Website") including any travel request services offered on the Website ("Services"). These Terms are entered into between Yatrigo ("we", "us", or "our"), a travel platform currently in development, and you ("user", "you", or "your").

Yatrigo.com is currently in beta. Features, data, and services may be experimental and subject to change. This version of the platform is being tested and is not yet available for commercial use. You expressly acknowledge that your use of the Website and Services is entirely at your own risk, and Yatrigo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from your interactions with third parties.

Yatrigo does not offer services to or target residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, or any other jurisdiction with specific data privacy laws. If we become aware that a user from a restricted region has created an account or submitted data, we will delete the data and/or deactivate the account without notice.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Website under the supervision of a legal guardian. Persons deemed "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the Website.
2. Travel Enquiry Service
If you submit a travel request through the Website, Yatrigo may forward it to selected travel operators or service providers ("Operators") who may respond to your query via email, phone, or other means. Yatrigo is not responsible for the final booking, payment, or fulfilment of services.
3. What Yatrigo Does Not Do
Yatrigo is not a travel agent or service provider. We act only as a platform for users and Operators to connect. All interactions and transactions are directly between users and Operators. We do not endorse, guarantee, or verify any Operators, listings, or services.
4. No Unlawful Use
You agree not to misuse the Website or Services in any way that is illegal, unethical, or violates these Terms. Any attempts to hack, modify, or exploit the platform will result in legal action.
5. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. You must notify us of unauthorized use. False or misleading information may result in suspension. If we determine that a user from a restricted region has created an account, we reserve the right to delete such account and associated data.
6. User Reviews and Content
Users may submit reviews or comments ("User Content"). You agree not to post harmful, offensive, or unlawful material. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.

In disputes between you and any Operator, Yatrigo is not obligated to mediate or resolve such issues. You agree that Yatrigo, as an experimental and unregistered platform, assumes no responsibility for service outcomes, transaction disputes, or third-party claims.

You agree to indemnify Yatrigo and its contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Website, breach of Terms, or interaction with Operators.
12. Modifications and Termination
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Website or Services without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of any modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
